Vinehealth | Senior Product Manager | London (semi-remote) | Full-time

Semi-remote - London-based for 1 day per week (plus ad-hoc team days); no visa sponsorship

We’re a digital health startup using behavioural science and artificial intelligence to optimise care, improve quality of life and increase survival of cancer patients. Last year we released our App (Android/iOS) and now we’re helping clinicians and researchers integrate their patient’s data into new research.

Vinehealth is seeking an exceptional Product Owner/Manager to be a senior member of the product team. This individual will be a part of a dynamic, agile technology team directly involved in Vinehealth’s mission to impact the lives of millions of people going through cancer.

As a Product Owner/Manager you’ll be working with our CTO, tech lead, frontend developers, backend developers, designer and product owner to define our future and build software that could make a real difference. As a member of a small team, you could be:

  • Owning a complete product within our Vinehealth ecosystem

  • Planning deliverables, defining how their success will be measured and ensuring that the team has all the resources they need

  • Ensuring that the work set to the team is offering the highest impact to the business

  • Setting, prioritising, and testing the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product

  • Refining our agile methodology based on results, sprint retrospectives and user/client feedback

  • Ensuring that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to the rest of the company

  • Developing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, estimating work, planning deliverables and working closely with the commercial team for product launches

  • Advocating for our users, through having a deep understanding of different users’ needs

  • Ideating with our Lead Designer to integrate usability testing, research and market analysis into product ideation to enhance the user experience

  • Assessing existing features on an ongoing basis by tracking and learning from their performance - you’ll be driven by numbers - downloads, engagement, growth - and will use these to inform next steps and to suggest improvements

  • Scoping the complexity of building new features and understanding how these features will impact different areas of the business

  • Conducting customer/user interviews, gathering feedback, developing user stories and personas, and helping form the company roadmap in order to achieve our long-term mission

  • Planning for and carrying out quality assurance testing for releases of our product

From you, we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in a product management role in a commercial health tech setting

  • Understanding of product development lifecycles and iterative development methods with a commitment to quality and excellence

  • Strong sense of ownership and self-sufficiency

  • Interest in building software as a medical device

  • Highly collaborative - you excel at communication and bring together people with diverse experiences, opinions and opportunities in order to drive decisions and action.

  • Intensely analytical - you use quantitative data at the heart of decision making. You use data to discover opportunities, identify issues and drive performance

  • A user centric approach to problems whilst maintaining a sharp focus on commercial metrics and customer needs

  • A solid ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to product needs and deadlines
