At Vinehealth, we take feedback and ideas from our users very seriously, we want to ensure we are developing an app with features that will be beneficial to our users and that are intuitive and easy to use.

In order for us to do this, we regularly speak to our users to help us validate each feature and design in the app.

Meet Jill, one of our patient advisors, who has continuously participated in user research, which helped us to direct our design decisions.

Jill's thoughts

"Vinehealth is a great app which I have been using since cycle 2 of my chemotherapy when I first came across the app. I have helped with research on adding medications into the app, including whether the medication is cyclical or not, when it’s taken, dosage and what happens if treatment is halted for a period of time.

I was happy to participate in this research as I have found the app very useful myself but noticed a few things that could be made clearer from a user point of view. If my comments help to improve the app to support more cancer patients then I’m happy."
