Learn about VinehealthPRO©
Introduction
The VinehealthPRO© platform is designed for healthcare and life science professionals to accurately track high-quality patient-reported outcome and real-world data in real-time to support cancer care delivery, drug development and research. As a healthcare professional, once a patient has consented to sharing their data with you, VinehealthPRO© allows you to:
view the individual patient’s personal identifiable information.
view medications the patient has scheduled and logged via the Vinehealth mobile app.
view appointments the patient has scheduled and logged via the Vinehealth mobile app.
view the patient's symptoms, temperature, weight, activity, mood, blood pressure and other metrics that they're tracking via the Vinehealth mobile app.
acknowledge that you’ve discussed the patient’s symptoms with them.
As a life-science professional, you have access to all of the same information as healthcare professionals. However, the information is available in anonymised form by default and only provided in identifiable form where there is a specific need and consent.
VinehealthPRO© is only available to users whose organisations have a Vinehealth Partner Program agreement in place. VinehealthPRO© is currently only available in the UK and Ireland, and will soon be available in other geographies.
Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before using VinehealthPRO©. Please keep these instructions for future reference.
General Precautions
Healthcare and life-science professionals should be aware that:
all patient data viewable in VinehealthPRO© is entered directly by patients or their carers via the Vinehealth mobile app. This data is not intended to replace elements of discussion with patients during routine appointments. The data is intended to facilitate a discussion with patients as part of shared decision making.
VinehealthPRO© is not an urgent reporting tool. When using VinehealthPRO© to view high severity clinical metrics reported by patients, it is expected that any decisions about changes to patient care will result from a clinician discussing this with a patient rather than through viewing the data in isolation. It is not the responsibility of the clinician to monitor the data in real-time though they can if they wish to.
patient data viewed in VinehealthPRO© should not be used for any purpose outside of their consented use.
they should only invite patients 18 years or older to use the Vinehealth mobile app.
